Wall Hanging – Rowan Tree
An exclusive design for Òr, this wall hanging is part of an exciting collaboration with Pantry Pots and our founder Jen. It's perfect for Christmas decorating and continuing to display into the new year.
We worked closely with Pantry Pots owner, Veronika, to create the unique rowan tree design, taking inspiration from Scottish traditions where rowan branches would be burned at Christmas to cleanse away any negativity for the festive season.
A crimson red was chosen for it's link to the symbolic rowan tree and its bright berries, a reminder of this heritage and tradition during one of the most sacred times of the year.
Veronika hand-throws every stoneware wall hanging from her studio in London then expertly paints the rowan tree on each piece by hand.

Measures W13 x D17cm. Dust and wash by hand to preserve longevity.
As every piece is handmade, there will be slight variations in form and style which only adds to their unique charm. All are sold individually.
