Since renovating her studio in 2020, Jess has dedicated her time to seasonal cookery demonstrations, recipe development and now, writing independently published cookbooks. Its 157 pages cover everything from homemade fishcakes and wild garlic lasagne to cider mussels and delicious almond puddings, all tried and tested by Jess herself. 

Every recipe has been written and photographed by Jess then printed into this beautiful book in the UK.
