Stoneware Pear - Honey

Stoneware Pear - Honey

Expertly hand thrown by Paige Mitchell in her Norwich-based studio, this pear ornament is perfect for displaying on a mantelpiece or in the kitchen within a rustic home.

Paige's designs come to life in the top floor of her independent lifestyle store called Elm which she founded 2017.

The pear is thrown as a closed form on the wheel from speckled stoneware clay before being bisque fired and decorated with a dark honey-brown glaze. Then it's hand-stamped by the artist and placed back into the kiln for its final firing.

Each piece is a one-off and thrown by hand, making it completely unique.

Measures approximately W9 x H14cm. Wash by hand only.
