Marram Grass Lino Print

Marram Grass Lino Print

An original hand-printed lino artwork by Ludovica Perosin, an artist based in Edinburgh who aims to make her practice as ethical and sustainable as possible.

The print uses traditional oil-based ink and natural Lokta paper expertly crafted in the Himalayan region of Nepal. The paper consists of bark from the Lokta bush, a renewable resource that gives the paper its soft, textured, almost fabric-like finish.

The print is representative of the abundance of marram grass found along Scotland's coastline, especially across the Shetlands, Orkney and the Hebrides.

Measures approximately W13 x L19.5cm.

Each is hand-printed which means there will be subtle differences in colour and design, something which makes every one charmingly unique.

Comes unframed and packaged flat on board then wrapped in biodegradable cellophane.
